What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead finance, grants, compliance, payroll, and capacity-building work where strong reporting, clean audits, and effective partner support improve organisational performance.

At FAIHPP, I manage international staff payroll across 14 countries, membership invoicing, reconciliations, insurance, pensions, contracts, and audit documentation. I support 16 implementing partners to strengthen financial reporting and provide accurate quarterly and annual reports to funding members.

Previously at HOSPAZ, I managed donor portfolios exceeding $11.3M from USAID, UNDP, Global Fund, EGMONT, and UNICEF. I helped secure a $5.0M USAID grant, built finance controls and manuals, managed sub-grant networks of up to 60 partners, and maintained 12 consecutive clean Deloitte audits.

I began my career auditing government departments and parastatals at the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General. I bring practical experience in compliance, financial systems, capacity building, audit preparation, payroll, budgeting, and donor reporting.
