What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior finance role where I can lead budgeting, controls and cash-flow improvements in a growth-oriented, collaborative organisation.

I am a highly motivated finance manager with sixteen years of experience leading and developing finance teams and delivering IFRS-compliant reporting. I combine hands-on financial statement preparation with strong presentation and communication skills.

I have led budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for multi-site operations, managing up to 10 administrative and finance staff and implementing corporate financial procedures. My work includes payroll oversight, procurement review, tax compliance and strengthening internal controls.

Key achievements include supporting 300% sales growth, cutting operating costs by 50% during 2012–13, improving working capital management and renegotiating loan terms to reduce interest rates. I have driven accounting system implementations and continuous process improvements.

I hold a B Compt (Hons) from the University of South Africa and a B Acc (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe, am an FCCA and an associate member of ZICA. I seek opportunities to apply strong financial leadership to operationally focused organisations.
