I am a Registered Electrical Engineer with hands-on production supervision experience in battery manufacturing. I have led large teams across multiple sections and driven daily operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

At Philippine Batteries Inc., I supervised up to 246 employees, led Gemba walks and shift turnovers, and executed Lean manufacturing practices to improve productivity and workplace standards. I also assisted in installation and commissioning projects, including the COS machine.

As a Cadet Engineer I finished in the top third of my cohort, produced a revalida project, and collaborated on semi-automation solutions that increased productivity by 33% and yielded significant annual savings. I coordinated cross-functional teams for equipment integration and process optimization.
