What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can test web or mobile products, improve customer experiences, learn quickly, and deliver practical value while taking on new challenges.

I've tested web and mobile applications at Patatte, writing test cases from user stories and validating expected results.

I perform manual, automated, and API testing using Selenium and Postman, document functional, UI, and API issues, and follow through on fixes with developers.

I've also managed social media and marketing activations for Echo House Ghana, supporting brands including Coca-Cola Zero and Fanta across X, Instagram, and Facebook.

My background in customer support includes coordinating delivery bookings, resolving customer concerns, tracking recurring issues, and gathering feedback. I also mentor students on career choices and life skills through WholeMEF.
