Claire Chamboko

I’m a highly motivated Medical Bioscience graduate from Monash University, combining strong theoretical knowledge with practical, multi-departmental laboratory experience. I’m trained to work under strict safety standards while delivering accurate, patient-relevant results.

My clinical exposure came through a diagnostic internship at Eurofins Mediscan Laboratories, where I executed biochemistry, hematology, and serology procedures. I supported full blood counts and blood film analysis, performed urine analysis (including dipstick testing and microscopic examination), and assisted with infectious disease testing such as HIV, HBsAg, and VDRL. I also maintained and calibrated laboratory equipment and followed good laboratory practice to handle specimens with care and professionalism.

Alongside laboratory training, I built a foundation in digital healthcare research through a Telehealth Research Internship at MedMate Telehealth Australia. I conducted literature reviews, helped analyse research findings, and prepared reports and presentations, strengthening my ability to communicate insights and contribute to ongoing projects.

To complement my scientific training, I’ve worked in fast-paced, global customer service environments with Concentrix, handling inquiries across time zones using clear, professional communication. That experience sharpened my adaptability, time management, and calm problem-solving—skills I’m eager to bring to a junior researcher or lab technician role within a global biotechnology framework.
