At Amush Energy Solutions (U) Ltd, I support finance and administration operations, including financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and tax-return compliance.

I use Odoo ERP to issue client invoices and maintain records of financial activities, staff information, stock movement, and company resources. I also prepare monthly and yearly financial reports and support procurement through bid-document preparation.

I manage walk-in and on-call client communication, reception duties, company WhatsApp, Facebook, and email updates, and create posters, flyers, trivia, holiday posters, and company profiles using Canva.

Previously, as a finance and administration intern at the National Forestry Authority, I checked and reconciled financial statements, verified payment and expenditure documents, balanced bank statements with cash books, and supported departments with documentation. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Makerere University Business School and am eager to keep learning and contribute toward company goals.
