I also assist with bid and tender documentation and coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams.

At Ainea General Supplies Ltd, I managed stock records, payroll, financial reconciliations, VAT compliance, EFRIS reporting, cash transactions, banking, and payment tracking. I recovered outstanding invoices worth UGX 400M through consistent follow-ups and improved transaction processes through Tally system usage.

I'm comfortable working independently in remote environments and use Excel, CRM systems, Google tools, Teams, Zoom, Slack, and digital communication tools to keep business processes organized and moving.
