I am a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills. With experience as a Cafe Manager, I have honed my abilities in barista duties, staff training and management, customer service, and day-to-day operations. I am skilled in describing menu items, suggesting products to customers, and resolving customer issues. Additionally, I have experience in data collection and analysis as a Field Worker at Stats SA, where I conducted surveys, performed face-to-face interviews, and utilized online ArcMaps for data analysis. As a Cleaner at DBA Trading, I gained expertise in maintaining cleanliness, operating cleaning equipment, and assisting in various areas as needed.

I have completed a TEFL 120-hour course from International Open Academy, enhancing my communication and cultural awareness skills. I hold a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Durban University of Technology, where I developed a strong foundation in time and task management, written and verbal communication, and working individually and in a team. I am resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
