In my current role as a Senior Specialist, I solely managed bank reconciliation for 177+ companies across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy across high-volume daily cash activity and multiple account types. I also led reconciliation integrity by researching unreconciled journal entries and resolving unallocated funds, while maintaining strong KPI performance (reconciling 95% of the bank within 0-5 days).

I deepen operational rigor through control frameworks and structured documentation—reviewing incoming cash, designing and maintaining control documentation, supporting ISO compliance, and participating in external audits. I’ve optimized reconciliation workflows by using SAP ERP modules (Purchasing, Accounting, Treasury, General Administration) to streamline cash-flow and reconciliation processes.
