What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Scheduling Coordinator role with CareXM, where I can bring organized follow-up, clear communication, and calm problem-solving.

At Inspire and Beyond ABA, I coordinate staff schedules, client appointments, coverage, and schedule changes. I also organize operational forms and supporting documentation to help prepare the company for Medicaid review.

I provide BCBA-directed ABA services focused on communication, safety, and daily living skills, and maintain accurate data and session notes in Rethink. I also collect onboarding documents and track staff credentials and requirements.

Across ABA providers and group home support, I’ve delivered individualized care and coordinated schedules and appointments. I’m a Registered Behavior Technician, and I’ve supported accurate records and communication with caregivers, educators, and clinical teams.
