I've supported school administrative operations at Inswood High School and Angels Primary School, organizing records, reviewing documentation, and helping maintain accurate, accessible files.

At Inswood High School, I processed high volumes of student reports, updated profiles, checked records for completeness, and classified files by grade level and alphabetical order while following confidentiality procedures.

At Angels Primary School, I sorted current and outdated documents, categorized records by date and purpose, and assisted parents with report collection and routine questions.

I'm currently studying Dental Laboratory Technology at the University of Technology, Jamaica, while contributing as a Sixth Form Association Treasurer, Culture Club Secretary, student leader, and church media volunteer. I'm comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for document preparation, information tracking, databases, presentations, and digital media support.
