I am a motivated Sociology graduate from the University of Lagos with hands-on experience in retail sales, reception, and administrative support. I consistently deliver strong customer service and manage day-to-day operations to improve efficiency.

At Hopewell Store I handled cash transactions, stock monitoring, record-keeping, and supported shop organisation, which strengthened my problem-solving and communication skills. My receptionist role further developed my ability to manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.

I also supported educational programme organisation at UC Mas Educational Firm, performing clerical duties and assisting parents and students, which enhanced my teamwork and organisational capabilities. I am proficient in MS Word and Excel and adept at multitasking in busy environments.
