What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can strengthen data quality and audit readiness for clinical trials—improving eSource/EDC workflows, supporting query resolution, and driving regulatory compliance and CAPA to elevate inspection readiness.

I’m a licensed clinical pharmacist with 3+ years of experience in clinical research and hospital pharmacy, bringing a quality-first mindset to clinical operations. I combine clinical trial exposure with data management, regulatory affairs, and hands-on quality oversight.

In my current role as Quality Compliance & Regulatory Coordinator, I design and configure eSource for investigator sites, aligning study protocols, CRF guidelines, and pharmacy documentation with sponsor requirements. I ensure complete, accurate EDC data entry across iMedidata, Veeva, Zelta, and Inform, while supporting audit readiness through ALCOA-CCEA principles and source documentation review.

I also manage day-to-day quality execution—assisting with timely query resolution, configuring electronic consent into source, and using dashboards (e.g., Looker) to track visit completion, overdue assessments, and data entry timeliness. When deviations or quality findings occur, I implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve inspection readiness and monitoring outcomes.

Before that, as a Hospital Pharmacist, I compounded medications under aseptic conditions and verified prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, strengthening patient safety and pharmacovigilance. I’m certified in GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Medical Devices, and I enjoy continuous improvement—contributing to SOPs and process guidance used by study teams.
