What I'm looking for

I seek a role in commercial or compliance law where I can handle cross-border contracts, disputes and regulatory work while mentoring teams and growing in arbitration and trade law.

I am a commercial legal counsel specializing in commodities, trade contracts and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. I bring practical experience negotiating and advising on sale and purchase contracts, Incoterms, GAFTA and FOSFA standards.

At Bunge I advanced from Contract Specialist to Legal Counsel, handling arbitration cases, commodity claims and reviewing warehouse, storage, freight forwarding and transshipment agreements. I also deliver workshops to upskill internal teams on legal matters.

My internships at Danone Nutricia Research and Compliance Pro expanded my privacy, GDPR and regulatory research skills, and I have drafted and reviewed a wide range of commercial agreements including GT&Cs, service, consultancy, data processing and material transfer agreements.

I hold an LLM in European Law and an LLB in Global Law (both Cum Laude), with certifications from GAFTA and FOSFA and additional training in business & human rights; I combine academic excellence with hands-on transactional and compliance experience.
