At The Guinness Partnership, I lead the £10m+ BCIT Change Portfolio, providing portfolio governance, financial control and delivery leadership across IT, digital and business change initiatives.
Previously, I established and led Delivery & Portfolio Management at Oliver James, overseeing 30+ global initiatives across M&A, regulatory, operational and digital transformation. I introduced MI-led governance that increased value realised per £ invested by 14%.
I've built PMO and delivery capability from the ground up at Huler Group and led enterprise change across global organisations, including Salesforce, HR/payroll and digital platform programmes. I combine pragmatic governance, portfolio insight and people leadership to deliver lasting change.
