I’m a Drone Pilot/Ops manager who coordinates client requirements and runs flight operations with a strong focus on precision, safety, and professionalism. I secure the necessary permits and waivers to stay aligned with regional airspace regulations.
Before and alongside drone operations, I built a customer-first fulfillment background—fulfilling online orders and reaching out to customers to ensure orders arrive in good condition. I also set up time and dates for markets and ensured inventory was ready for events.
I’ve also managed hands-on logistics as a Logistics/Driver/Customer Service professional, driving a sprinter van loaded with merchandise to conventions across the U.S. I performed inventory checks after each event and coordinated restocking on subsequent locations, including long-distance routes like Texas–California–Illinois–Texas.
Earlier, I worked at Home Depot where I transitioned from assisting customers to lumber and order fulfillment, including daily opening/closing, forklift operation, and fulfillment work like picked and palletized orders with verification and logistics support using fulfillment software.
