What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and deliver secure, data-driven software and IAM solutions, combining hands-on engineering, architecture, project leadership, and mentoring.

At Allstate, I built identity and access management solutions spanning employee onboarding, offboarding, attestation, RBAC, privileged access management, and Just in Time access governance. I created C# REST APIs, WCF services, SQL Server databases, SSIS ETL pipelines, and Power BI and SSRS dashboards to improve data integrity, reduce manual processing, and surface access risk.

Across 27 years in software engineering and database administration, I’ve delivered customer-facing retail finance systems at Open & Direct and Figure Retail Systems, and supported credit card database consolidation and conflicts-of-interest systems at CitiGroup. I enjoy leading projects, translating business requirements into end-to-end technical deliverables, and mentoring others through strategic thinking and operational execution.

Performed multiple roles including Project Lead, Engineer, DBA and SME for Access Control, Infosec and Identity Management. Created Blacklisted ID REST API in C# with SQL Server backend and Blazor front-end, and developed WCF services, SSIS packages, and dashboards for data integrity and attestation.
