What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an AP-focused role where I can lead a team, run payment cycles with strong internal controls, and resolve time-sensitive vendor issues with clear phone and email communication.

I manage high-volume accounts payable workflows, serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal partners to resolve urgent payment and account issues by phone and email.

In my recent role at Community Teamwork, I led and supervised the AP team, ran weekly payment cycles (AH/checks) with internal controls, and handled journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals as part of monthly close.

Before that, at EssexGroupManagement, I balanced a high call and inquiry volume across 12 facilities in a 24/7 healthcare environment, oversaw GL coding and payment execution, reconciled corporate credit cards, and implemented a digital AP system to standardize processing and reduce cycle time and human error.
