At VNS Health, I led in-person field operations for high-volume home health caseloads across Manhattan, Staten Island, and Brooklyn. I conducted MLTC assessments, start-of-care, hospice, supervisory, and complex clinical visits while coordinating referrals, physician orders, and delegated services.

I supervise and coach Home Health Aides, address training gaps, investigate reportable incidents, and escalate clinical and operational issues to support quality, compliance, continuity of care, and risk mitigation. I work bilingually in Mandarin and English.

Previously at Medispa Maui, I delivered patient assessments and advanced aesthetic treatments including injectables, microneedling, radiofrequency, laser therapies, IV therapy, and body contouring. I also helped implement an EHR system, refine treatment and post-procedure protocols, and support patient education and community events.

My background also includes hospital patient monitoring, private-duty care for a C5 quadriplegic patient, yoga instruction, birth doula work, and international healthcare service in Bolivia and Puerto Rico.
