I've built and improved enterprise platforms at VUCE–MINCETUR, including Spring Boot services for Transmisiones and Pasarela, with PostgreSQL, OpenShift, and Kafka supporting asynchronous processing.

I also strengthened MIIO 2.0 testing and code quality, built Angular microfrontends, and helped move MIIO into production while preparing Transmisiones and Pasarela for pre-production inspection.
