What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and grow athletic programs, develop students and athletes, build sustainable cultures, and strengthen community engagement through sports, education, operations, fundraising, and communications.

I've led Crowley's Ridge College women's basketball while teaching education, delivering the program's strongest early-career win total, back-to-back double-digit winning seasons, and its first win over an NAIA national tournament qualifier.

I recruited the largest classes in program history in consecutive years, balanced an irresponsible budget within two years, secured the program's first NIL donors, and grew social media 30–40% across platforms. My students rated my teaching 3.96 out of 4, and I've placed PE students in jobs before graduation for three consecutive years.

Previously, I coached and taught at Rector School District, directed facilities and sports for the City of Pocahontas, and supported Williams Baptist College athletics as an assistant softball coach and assistant sports information director. I've written 400+ athletics articles, run live event broadcasts, managed youth leagues, recruited athletes, and built programs and communities from the ground up.
