@chrispadilla
I deliver bilingual crisis advocacy, community outreach, and operational coordination for underserved communities.
What I'm looking for
At The Shelter for Help in Emergency, I provide crisis intervention, safety planning, referrals, and culturally responsive advocacy for individuals and families experiencing domestic violence, with focused outreach to immigrant and Spanish-speaking communities.
I've also coordinated services for immigrant and low-income families at Sin Barreras/Without Barriers, led administrative operations at Hantzmon Wiebel LLP, and supported readiness, training, and personnel qualification processes for the United States Navy and Marine Corps. I'm pursuing mediation certification and bring bilingual English-Spanish communication, community partnership building, and client-centered administrative support to every role.
