What I'm looking for

I'm seeking career advancement in landscape design and drafting, where I can create detailed plans, coordinate project disciplines, respond to agency comments, and support successful construction documentation.

I produce landscape plans for Southern California landscape architects, including shrub layouts, tree plans, hardscapes, softscapes, plant palettes, irrigation concepts, construction details, and 3D renderings.

As a Project Coordinator at Advanced Property Solutions General Contractor, I procured and produced plans for commercial tenant-improvement projects from programming through Certificate of Occupancy. I coordinated subcontractors, engineers, architects, and construction teams; processed city revisions and inspection notices; and led designers and draftsmen in producing full construction-document sets.

I also bring hands-on audio visual experience supporting sound stages, temporary power, virtual video feeds, sound boards, video systems, and hybrid events. I'm detail-driven, focused on project needs, and passionate about public spaces, flora, and thoughtful plan creation.
