I’m a Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Architect with 20+ years of experience designing, automating, and supporting high-availability infrastructure and database-driven applications across Linux, Windows, AWS, Azure, and virtualized environments. I focus on database administration, infrastructure automation, ETL workflows, DevOps practices, and performance optimization to keep production dependable.

In my work leading DBA and platform operations for enterprise web applications, I’ve reduced ticket volume and improved resolution by cutting average support time. I’ve designed and implemented automation with Ansible and Perl/Python to run ETL and daily maintenance tasks, and I’ve optimized MySQL/PostgreSQL queries and indexing to improve key transaction response times.

I also build containerized development and test environments with Docker and Kubernetes, supporting CI/CD and DevOps workflows. Recently, I’ve been developing a Power BI analytics platform for operational reporting and fleet analytics, integrating REST APIs into Azure SQL, supporting Microsoft Entra authentication, and building ETL processes for fleet telematics data.
