What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a pharmacovigilance role where I can support end-to-end ICSR case processing—AE intake, MedDRA coding, causality and safety narratives—while using Power BI to improve turnaround, aligned with ICH E2A/E2B and GVP.

I’m a Pharm.D graduate with hands-on pharmacovigilance training across end-to-end ICSR processing. I focus on regulatory-compliant case handling—validity assessment, MedDRA coding, seriousness & labeling assessment, and causality assessment (de-challenge/re-challenge).

During my Internship at Sri Aurobindo Hospital, I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams during daily ward rounds to identify adverse event (AE) findings and communicate safety concerns. I also reviewed 100+ clinical documents to identify potential AEs, dosing errors, and drug interactions.

As a Pharmacovigilance Trainee at ThePharmaDaily, I completed a 3-month hands-on training program in ICSR case-processing workflows and processed 40+ simulated ICSR cases, including AE, SAE, and SUSAR scenarios. I conducted causality assessment and drafted safety narratives aligned with regulatory reporting standards, and built interactive Power BI dashboards to track case-processing status.

My Pharm.D thesis work on ticagrelor vs. aspirin strengthened my clinical data review and comparative drug-safety analysis skills—directly transferable to ICSR review and signal assessment. I’m committed to Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP) compliance, data confidentiality, and patient privacy in every case.
