At Oak and Acorns, I served as a Virtual Assistant & Customer Service Administrator, supporting the CEO and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. I handled client calls and correspondence across channels.

I scheduled emails, booked appointments, and coordinated calendars across time zones. I also prepared meeting agendas, recorded minutes, and followed up on action points.

At the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC), National Reference Laboratory, I assisted with lab experiments and operated PCR machines and microscopes for diagnostic testing. I also conducted statistical data analysis and participated in quality assurance and proficiency testing.

At Charitos BO Hospital, I collected, labeled, and processed patient specimens and maintained lab equipment under quality-control protocols. My experience spans virtual assistance, administrative support, and laboratory work, supported by a B.Sc. in Microbiology.
