As the third member of Integrations, I created SOPs, hired and onboarded 20+ team members, and scaled the team to manage end-to-end client delivery independently.

Previously, I founded Addepar Pune's Portfolio Data Operations team, building a 15+ person team and improving the reliability of portfolio and aggregator data feeds with engineering partners. At J.P. Morgan Chase, I led a team of 10, increased productivity by 15%, delivered $4M in savings through system and data improvements, and built Tableau dashboards.

My background also includes investment and portfolio compliance at State Street and Oracle Financial Services, covering regulatory reporting, client mandates, SEC and UCITS requirements, and a $500 million investment portfolio. I bring 10+ years of experience translating complex financial data into reliable, actionable solutions.
