At OSPIT Mobility, I contributed to WCE Mobile, building road-status and toll-discount updates and a route-recommendation feature. I also deployed and maintained the app’s backend on Linux servers.

For my Breastfeeding & Infant Care Chatbot project, I built and deployed a multilingual RAG chatbot grounded in a validated knowledge base. I created an automated RAGAS evaluation pipeline that measured faithfulness, context precision, and answer relevancy, reaching average accuracy of 84%.
