What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a data-driven role in healthcare, insurance, technology, or financial services where I can build reliable data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and process automation that improve operational and strategic decisions.

I'm currently supporting operations at The Tony Elumelu Foundation, owning data pipelines across three programmes serving more than 200,000 applicant and customer records.

I build Power BI dashboards and dynamic DAX reporting that give leadership visibility into pipeline throughput, stages, and bottlenecks. My reporting identified an intake accessibility barrier that contributed to a 15% increase in participation.

I've led large-scale screening, compliance review, and third-party data handoffs, while preparing KYC-style due-diligence datasets to support anti-fraud standards. I also automated the migration of 4,000+ documents with Python and created a platform guide adopted across cohorts.

At Axia Hub, I developed churn prediction models, delivered sales and operational analytics for a transport and logistics client, and improved training operations through automated tracking systems. I bring SQL, Python, Power BI, and practical process discipline to data-driven teams.
