What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote, entry-level opportunities in data entry, customer support, virtual assistance, administrative support, or AI and automation.

Running my clothing business, I communicate with customers, answer product and order questions, and follow up on payments and deliveries.

I keep customer and product information organised for day-to-day records, and handle routine requests while working to resolve customer issues. I also promote products through digital channels.

I've created a spreadsheet concept for tracking customer orders and practised organising and cleaning data. I'm developing practical skills in AI tools and workflow automation.
