I'm seeking an entry-level Virtual Assistant or Customer Service Representative role where I can provide reliable administrative and customer support, use digital tools, and continue learning.

I support small-business communication and organisation through virtual assistance, customer support, and administrative work.

For a small clothing business, I helped respond to customer enquiries and online messages while organising business information and tasks.

I create simple visual and promotional materials in Canva and support online and social media communication activities. I also use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation and organisation.
