I’m looking to lead IFRS reporting and strengthen audit-ready controls while optimizing working capital, partnering with management to deliver decision-useful financial insights and efficient close cycles.

I’m a Chartered Accountant (CA(Z)) with 12+ years of progressive finance and audit experience across Zimbabwe and Zambia. I focus on IFRS-compliant financial reporting, statutory compliance, and building audit-ready internal controls that stand up to external scrutiny. I also lead end-to-end month-end close governance, improving balance sheet integrity and strengthening reporting timeliness through disciplined sub-ledger processes.

In my current role as a Financial Accountant, I oversee an 8-person finance team and partner with management to deliver practical, decision-useful financial insights.
