I’m looking to lead group finance and financial reporting, strengthen compliance and internal controls, and partner with stakeholders on cash-flow planning, budgeting, and investment decisions across multi-industry operations.

I’m a detail-oriented finance professional with over 8 years of experience in audit and financial reporting across diverse industries in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, and the USA. I’ve built a track record of maintaining accurate financial records, preparing compliance-focused reports, and strengthening budgetary control—while translating financial data into clear insights for strategic decision-making. As Group Finance Manager, I oversee the financial operations of 9 companies spanning construction, mining, real estate, asset management, security, supply chain management, and software development.

In my current role, I prepare group financial statements, produce monthly management accounts, and perform variance analysis to support performance improvement. I also lead high-impact planning work, including the budgetary process for construction pipeline projects worth US$200million, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling with scenario analysis to evaluate investment opportunities. I manage tax compliance processes (including VAT, PAYE, QPDs, income tax, and withholding tax returns), coach accounting personnel, oversee payroll and administrative functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and design controls by identifying control deficiencies—supporting smooth external audits, including monthly reconciliations and fixed asset register management.
