What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead engineering strategy and delivery for secure, scalable fintech, payments or platform products while staying close to architecture, reliability and critical backend systems.

At Ravenpay, I lead an 18-person engineering organization building personal and business banking, cards, payments, merchant, credit and regulatory platforms. I set technical direction while staying hands-on with critical backend architecture, security and reliability decisions.

I've rebuilt banking APIs supporting 600,000+ users and about 14,000 daily transfers, reducing personal-banking transfer completion time from roughly four seconds to under one second. I also delivered virtual-card integrations and queue-based savings capabilities that enabled global payments and supported millions in deposits.

Earlier, I built event-management, school-management, ERP and transport platforms, including secure transaction integrations, USSD voting and digitized driver-record operations. I enjoy translating business, operational and regulatory priorities into resilient production systems while developing strong engineering leaders.
