Chibuike Mbakwe

I’m a dedicated professional aiming to contribute to the SprintHelm Build Team, supporting the final development phase of AI-driven delivery tools. I’m committed to mastering modern product workflows and AI-assisted decision-making through hands-on collaboration and rigorous testing, with a clear focus on improving sprint predictability. I’m also Scrum Master Certified (SMC®) and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC™), and I bring a “fast learner” mindset to every sprint.

My experience includes helping the National Information Technology Development Agency with “Regulation and Compilance” work—researching, writing, and documenting files for workshop support. Alongside that, I’ve served as a “Leader” at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, and I’ve held multiple teaching support roles such as Teacher Aid, Deputy Senior Prefect, and Student Teacher. I apply my strengths in analytical development and problem solving to motivate others, coordinate learning activities, and consistently support strong execution.
