Earlier, at Golden Chariot Technologies Pvt Ltd, I led a 120-member service delivery team and introduced Lean solutions to address workflow bottlenecks. At Uber India Technology Pvt Ltd, I governed real-time deployment for a 40+ member team.
I also developed workforce and deployment solutions, including a Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate requisition application. A centralized utilization tracker improved efficiency by 12.83%, while my Hire, Train, and Deploy framework reduced operational readiness from 90 days to 30 days.
