Data Analyst using SQL and Power BI to analyze 397K+ e-commerce records and build dashboards on customer behavior.
NigeriaWhat I'm looking for
At Nye's Lounge, I organized customer and service information to support bookings and day-to-day decisions. I expanded the service portfolio from 2 to 5 offerings while growing sales and the customer base over time.
In my e-commerce customer analytics project, I cleaned and analyzed approximately 397,884 rows using SQL, then created Power BI visualizations to examine purchasing behavior and repeat-customer revenue. I also developed a Power BI dashboard exploring customer churn, retention patterns, and business performance indicators.
My experience at First Concepts Hospital and the Federal Civil Service Commission included preparing reports, maintaining records, and verifying information. I hold a First-Class BSc in Economics and an MSc in International Economics, and I'm seeking opportunities in data accuracy, reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
