At CGI Inc., I develop and enhance Java backend modules within CGI Advantage, implementing business logic for enterprise applications serving government clients. I also investigate production defects across distributed Java services and develop automation utilities for deployment and client onboarding.
Previously, as a Research Intern at Vilmosoft, I developed CNN-based models to predict customer loan affordability from financial data. I improved and evaluated the models using feature engineering, word embeddings, hyperparameter tuning, and metrics including F1-score and AUC.
I also developed a microservices-based diet recommendation platform using Spring Boot and AngularJS, with REST APIs for meal planning and recommendations. I containerized its backend services with Docker and deployed them locally on Kubernetes (Minikube), automating build and deployment workflows with GitHub Actions.
