I’m a recent Medical Assistant graduate with hands-on healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, supporting efficient patient flow and reliable clinical processes. I’m driven to apply both clinical and administrative skills to help deliver quality patient care.

In my roles at LabCorp and Clinton Memorial Hospital, I’ve performed specimen collection and laboratory-related tasks while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong patient confidentiality. I bring a calm, patient-centered approach to communication, using excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem resolution to build trust.

I also strengthen my day-to-day impact through patient intake and EHR documentation, with a focus on accurate, thorough medical terminology and EHR practices. With training across pharmacy technician and CCMA (NHA), I’m eager to keep developing professionally in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
