I’m a results-driven SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP S/4HANA MM and SD, focused on end-to-end business process configuration, implementation, and support. I leverage procurement, inventory management, and sales & distribution knowledge to optimize system performance and improve business efficiency.

In my current role as Senior IT Officer (SAP-SD) at Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited, I provide functional and operational support for customized SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution processes using the SPPA sub-module. I monitor and resolve day-to-day SAP transactional issues across shipment planning, delivery processing, dispatch activities, invoicing, and stock movement, while coordinating with plant operations and logistics teams to keep dispatch execution accurate and on time.

Previously, as IT Technician (SAP-MM) at FPCL (FFBL Power Company Limited), I supported SAP S/4HANA Materials Management for procurement and inventory operations. I analyzed and resolved SAP MM incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, maintained MM master data, supported configuration (document types, release strategies, account determination, pricing procedures, movement types), and collaborated with FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

Alongside SAP support, I bring strong IT support expertise from Computer Operator (IT Support) experience, including service desk ticket handling, remote support, Active Directory user support, and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. I document SOPs and issue logs, guide end users with training sessions, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with technical/ABAP teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
