As a dedicated finance professional, I hold a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. My career spans over several years, where I have honed my skills in accounting, financial analysis, and taxation. I have a strong foundation in preparing and analyzing financial statements, which has been pivotal in my roles across various organizations.
In my most recent position as an Assistant Accountant at S & D Business Solutions, I have been responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including bookkeeping and bank reconciliation. My previous experience as a Finance Executive at Union Assurance PLC allowed me to engage deeply in company taxation, including VAT and NBT, and prepare annual reports that contributed to the company's financial health.
