At Amatir Kanya Gurukul, I counsel 200+ residential school students on stress management, emotional regulation, identity, and daily challenges. I co-designed and deliver social-emotional learning programs, and facilitate workshops on resilience, assertiveness, and well-being.
I lead experiential group activities and structured reflection sessions to build emotional awareness and peer support. I also provide crisis intervention and first-aid support, coordinate referrals, and train hostel staff on mental health awareness and supportive communication.
In the Indian Army’s Northern Command, I conducted psychological counseling and assessment for army personnel in extreme climate conditions, providing crisis intervention and emotional first aid. Across clinical and community settings, I counseled children, psychiatric and neurological patients, and LGBTQ+ individuals, and facilitated family and group therapy.
