I’m looking to lead end-to-end QA in Agile teams—owning test strategy, governance, RTM, defect lifecycle, and quality metrics—partnering with product and development, and driving manual-to-automation improvements that strengthen release readiness.

I’m a results-driven QA Manager / Senior QA Lead with 15+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Test Management, and QA governance across e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, BI, and enterprise applications. I specialize in manual and functional QA—functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, API testing, database testing, and UAT coordination—while also bringing automation exposure for smarter coverage.

In my roles, I lead end-to-end QA delivery in Agile/Scrum environments by owning test strategy, RTM, defect lifecycle management in JIRA, release readiness, and QA metrics reporting. I’ve maintained zero P1 defects at release, established RTM and defect triage frameworks adopted across teams, reduced defect leakage through early requirement analysis and acceptance-criteria-driven test design, and mentored junior QA engineers while bridging manual and automation efforts to improve regression efficiency.
