I read pricing and volume trends, assess odds/line relevance, and make fast, accurate decisions in fast-paced, high-volume environments while communicating clearly with clients and teams.

In my current role at Fidelity Investments, I handle 60–70 inbound trading and account calls daily—covering securities orders, balances, transactions, and transfers—and I execute money movements, fund transfers, and trades while maintaining FINRA compliance. Before that, I served as a District Manager, where I analyzed retention and subscription data, built distribution plans in Microsoft Excel, led over 50 independent contractors, and used performance metrics to reduce errors and protect service levels. I bring that same analytical discipline and operational focus to every trade and client interaction.
