What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a position with a company that offers opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. I want a long-term, collaborative team environment where I can contribute my calm, detail-oriented design expertise.

I’m a highly motivated Architectural Designer with 24+ years of Architectural Design Experience, focused on Custom Home Design and, secondly, Renovations. I begin with meeting clients and developing schematic drawings into a full working set of plans ready for permits.

I design with Chief Architect to provide clients 3D walkthroughs and renderings, so they can clearly visualize their home. I’m also proficient in AutoCad, Adobe PDF, and Excel to develop complete sets of drawings and support the design-to-permit process.

I enjoy being present on the job site to ensure the building process follows the city approved plans, answer questions in a timely fashion, and support permit follow-up. I bring strong leadership, a professional attitude, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and I’m presently looking for an Architectural Design position with room to grow.
