At Joya Smart, I lead the design, implementation, commissioning, and support of software and automation solutions for buildings and distributed branches. I deliver dashboards for more than 30 sites, with a centralized control-room interface that keeps branch-level detail.
I develop backend services and APIs using PHP, JavaScript, Node-RED, and MySQL/MariaDB. My work includes reporting and data-log pipelines, alarm logic, and secure workflows across cloud and on-premises systems.
I integrate building controls and field systems, including DDCs, meters, HVAC equipment, access control, fire alarm data, UPS systems, and generators. I’ve also supported legacy BMS migrations to BACnet/IP Distech Controls DDCs, including point validation and operational testing.
I configure MikroTik networks and support connectivity among cloud servers, control rooms, remote branches, and automation devices. I guide developers and field technicians, coordinate with clients and vendors, and carry projects through testing, documentation, and handover.
