At Shiva CNC Solutions, I worked as a Production & Maintenance Intern / Trainee, setting up and operating two CNC machining units and producing precision components. I also carried out scheduled maintenance and inspected parts using calibrated measuring tools.
On my ongoing Two-Cylinder Inline Compressed Air Engine project, I designed a parametric pneumatic engine assembly in Autodesk Fusion 360 and tailored components for FDM 3D printing. My work includes optimizing crankshaft geometry and component fits for functional motion and pneumatic sealing.
