What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in cloud, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure operations, contributing to reliable 24/7 environments while building deeper hands-on skills in Nutanix, Terraform, DevOps, PowerShell, and PowerCLI.

At Microland, I support VMware vSphere/ESXi infrastructure and Windows Server workloads for the GE Aerospace account in a 24/7 enterprise operations model.

I provision and manage virtual machines across their lifecycle, perform patching and OS updates, and monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and performance.

I've supported incident, problem, and change workflows within SLA-driven ITSM operations, collaborating with infrastructure, network, development, and senior engineering teams to troubleshoot virtualization and connectivity issues.

In lab projects, I built multi-host ESXi environments for zero-downtime vMotion, backup and recovery drills, disaster-recovery runbooks, and Windows Server high-availability clusters with vSphere HA/DRS monitoring.
