At King (a Microsoft company), I built and own an LLM-based analysis layer in production CI that clusters nightly failures, classifies environment issues, and routes them automatically. I designed it to account for confidently wrong model output, so a bad classification creates extra work rather than hiding a defect.
At Practo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I built an automation framework that helped take test coverage from 25% to 75% in a quarter. I’ve also combined hands-on testing with automation, release safety nets, and API and contract testing across complex products.
