I'm looking for platform, infrastructure, or ML tooling roles where I can own distributed systems deeply, from architecture and rollout to reliability, cost optimisation, and operational excellence.

At Grab, I own a distributed workflow platform used by 18+ engineering teams, migrating a failing Cadence cluster to Temporal and ScyllaDB on AWS EKS. The work reduced p99 latency from minutes to under 100ms and cut infrastructure costs by 70%.

I've built production LLM workflows for support automation, including PII-safe and prompt-injection-guarded refund flows, multi-agent orchestration, and receipt validation. These systems delivered instant refunds, improved customer satisfaction by about 10%, and reduced support costs by approximately $1.8M annually.

I also build data and product platforms, from Spark pipelines processing 20M+ refund records to a no-code chatbot platform supporting 300+ flows. My work has reduced delivery support contacts, improved test coverage, and replaced costly vendor tooling.

Across backend engineering, infrastructure, and operational excellence, I focus on owning systems deeply—from architecture and rollout through incident response, cost optimisation, and long-term reliability.
